Professor Ballester-Panelli teaches at the Escuela de Comunicación Ferré Rangel at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. She holds a B.A. in advertising from the University of the Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico and a master’s in advertising from Michigan State University. She is currently in the process of submitting her research proposal for her dissertation at Universidad Iberoamericana. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and her research interests include the topics of distance learning, active learning, and the use of technologies for information, communication, and learning (TICAs).
